Returns are accepted within 7 days of the itemβs delivery date.
Day 1 begins when tracking shows the package was delivered.
Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged
Items with makeup, perfume, deodorant, or stains
π Condition Requirements
All returned items must be:

β Unwashed
β Undamaged
β Free of scent (no perfume, deodorant, or smoke smells)
β In original packaging
β With all original tags attached
If an item is received with damage, wear, scent, stains, or any signs of use, it will NOT be refunded or exchanged.
The customer will also be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item returned back to them.
ZENA reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Store credit does not expire and may be used online or in-store.
No cash, card, or bank refunds.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Prepaid labels are not provided.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
